With a deep-rooted expertise in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), she has successfully managed ICT mega-projects across the Middle East and Africa, aligning technological advancements with customer needs. Her remarkable 25-year career spans over 20 countries, where she has led transformative projects that have had a lasting impact. A strong advocate for Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Heba is committed to corporate social responsibility and fostering sustainable technological solutions and skilling of local talents. For two years Heba chaired Digiskills in Jordan, a non-profit organization targeting bridging the Digital Skills gaps in Jordan and the region. Heba serves as a board member at Al-Niser Al-Arabi Insurance Company, a board member at Intrasoft Middle East, and Chairman of the board at Intrasoft Jordan.
